IT&E is in the process of updating its prepaid billing platform which includes wireless voice mail services.  

This upgrade was a major and necessary undertaking with the goal of providing a Word Class customer experience and improved product offerings. Although we have taken every precaution to make this cut-over as seamless as possible, some IT&E customers may have experienced a temporary disruption in Voice, Voicemail and/or SMS (text) services. Rest assured that IT&E Engineers are working around the clock to fine tune this system-wide upgrade.
