Dear Guam PTI Dialup Customer:

With the sale of IT&E to PTI now final, PTI is working with IT&E to transition your dial-up account to IT&E.  Your email address will stay the same.

On Thursday, May 29th from 8:00am - 10:00am, your dial up account will not be available while your account is transitioned to IT&E.  YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE YOUR USERNAME when you dial in after Thursday, May 29th at 10:00am. If your old user name was "johnd" your new user name will now be "johnd.ppp" (or "johnd.mail" for mail only users).

Other than the user name change, this transition will not change settings, email addresses or dial-up access numbers.  

Effective May 29th after 10:00am, there will be a new technical support number, 922-INET (4638).  Please use this number for any of your technical needs.
