- What is Call & Fly with IT&E Promo?
CALL & FLY with IT&E Promo is one of IT&E's LOYALTY Programs which promotes continuous usage, loyalty to IT&E and new activations. Promo is open to all existing subscribers (Guam and CNMI) who qualify.
- How to qualify?
To qualify: 1. Prepaid subscribers must be active and have made calls and/or SMS for at least six (6) months. 2. Postpaid subscribers must be on the on-line billing (not necessarily paying on-line or on auto debit), must pay on time and without arrears.
- What is at stake?
IT&E will be giving away 120 tickets for the whole of 2010. There will be 10 (ten) Philippine Airlines tickets to be raffled every month starting January 2010 to December 2010.
- How do I get raffle entry/entries?
Raffle entry/entries will be generated by Marketing Department based on the database given by MIS. No need for customer to fill out any form or raffle entries.
- How do I get more than one entry?
There are criteria to meet to get more than ONE raffle entry: a. ONE (1) Raffle entry for o Prepaid subscribers who ARE ACTIVE FOR 6 CONSECUTIVE MONTHS (ALL SUBS WHO MAKE A CALL OR SMS IN PAST 6 MONTHS REGARDLES OF LOAD VALUE) o Postpaid subscribers who ARE SUBSCRIBED TO PAPERLESS BILLING AND PAY ON TIME B. TWO (2) Raffle entries for o Postpaid subscribers WHO ARE SUBSCRIBED TO PAPERLESS BILLING AND PAY ON TIME with $60.00 or more MRC (PLAN VALUE). o Prepaid subscribers who HAVE AVERAGE USAGE OF $30/MONTH OVER PAST 6 MONTHS o Unlimited prepaid subscribers for at least six (6) months Note: GSM Unlimited Prepaid subscribers will be eligible on February Drawing. A qualified IT&E subscriber can obtain extra raffle entry/entries if he/she is present during the raffle drawing.
- How do I sign-up for Online billing?
o Call 682-4ITE (922-4483) to request for Go Paperless o Visit any of our stores in Chalan Laulau Customer Care Office and Wireless Express Center (TSL Plaza). o Use your current IT&E payment stub, WRITE I want paperless and drop off at any IT&E location. o IT&E staff will contact you to confirm, validate and complete your request. The IT&E staff will then give your online billing password.
- How does a corporate account or an account with more than one line qualify?
Number of entries for corporate account or accounts with multiple lines will be based on the number of active lines/phones. A number may have 2 or more entries depending on the criteria. Raffle entries will be under the account name as indicated in the Billing statement.
- If the winner is under a corporate account, how will the Airline ticket be claimed?
Only the authorized person named in the account has the right to claim the prize. He/She can however, transfer or endorse the winning ticket to another person.
- Will an account with multiple numbers be disqualified if one of the active has outstanding balance?
YES. One of the objectives of this promo is to encourage postpaid subscribers to pay on time and to eliminate arrears. If the reason for non-payment is because of dispute over some charges and/or calls then the customer is still eligible for the promo. The dispute however should be legitimately raised to CSD (with Trouble Ticket), a phone call to a Customer Service Representative does not constitute notice of dispute and all other undisputed amount should be paid on time.
- What happens if my number/entry was chosen but I did not call the IT&E HOTLINE?
You will lose your chance to win the Round-trip ticket prize. To Win the prize, follow this procedure: 1. When your number/entry is called you have 30 seconds to call the IT&E HOTLINE numbers using the WINNING PHONE NUMBER. i. 797-IFLY (797-4359) ii. 777-IFLY (777-4359) iii. 727-IFLY (727-4359) 2. Wait for an SMS confirmation that you won the prize. CONGRATULATIONS! You just won a ROUND TRIP ticket to Manila. 3. If you fail to call the Hotline number, IT&E will give the chance to others and pick another entry.
- I have a cousin working with IT&E, will I be disqualified?
All employees of IT&E and Yellow Pages Ink including relatives UP TO THE FIRST DEGREE of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion. e.g. Consanguinity (blood relation): mother, father, son, daughter; Affinity (relationship by marriage or ties):spouse, common-law partner.
- Can I win more than once?
YES, qualified IT&E subscribers may win more than once in a period of 12 months but with the following restrictions: a. One cannot win TWO (2) Round-trip tickets in one drawing. b. One cannot win TWO (2) Round-trip tickets for two (2) consecutive months. c. One may win ONE (1) Round-trip ticket and a minor prize in one drawing.
- Can a minor join the promo?
YES. As we have no control over the prepaid subscribers, the promo is open for all. However, winners who are minors (15 years old and below) shall be accompanied by parents or guardian when claiming.
- What is the route of the ticket? What happens if the winner is from Saipan?
Route is Guam-Manila-Guam. Ticket validity is 14 days only. Winners will be notified via SMS and electronic mail. Winners will be responsible for the airfare and other expenses from Saipan to Guam.
- Will IT&E arrange the time and transportation from Saipan to Guam?
Awarding for Saipan/CNMI winners will be done in IT&E Saipan. However, winners should coordinate with an IT&E representative (Teri Flores) to arrange the booking date of the PAL tickets. Please note that IT&E will not take care of the airfare, accommodation, food and all other expenses the winner may incur during his/her the transit from CNMI to Guam.
- What happens if I do not have the necessary documents to Travel?
Processing/acquisition of all travel documentation requirements shall be the responsibility of the winner.
- Can I exchange the prize with IT&E Services, Bill Credit?
YES. THIS ONLY APPLIES TO SAIPAN WINNERS who do not have a US VISA or necessary travel documents. They have the option to choose airtime load for Prepaid winners or bill credit for Postpaid winners equal to the commercial value of the ticket amounting to $400.
- Can I exchange the prize with IT&E products e.g. phones, accessories?
No.
- Where will the drawing take place?
Drawing will be at the Micronesia Mall. This will be covered live on Radio and TV (TBA).
- Is the ticket transferrable?
YES. Ticket is transferrable. However, once the ticket is issued to a certain person, this may no longer be transferred to any other name.
- Is the ticket convertible to cash?
No.
- Is it endorsable?
NO. Ticket is non-endorsable meaning it cannot be endorsed to any other airline even in case of Force Majeure (an event that cannot be reasonably anticipated or controlled by force of nature).
- Is this a travel package?
NO. Only round trip ticket to Guam-Manila-Guam will be provided by IT&E. All other expenses i.e. accommodation, food, hotel, pocket money, etc will no longer be shouldered by IT&E.
- Are there any other restrictions with the Airline tickets?
1. Airline tickets should be used no later than March 31, 2011. 2. Winners shall shoulder and pay for the Fuel surcharge and applicable taxes required. 3. Travel Restriction: Tickets will not be open for travel at the following periods: i. Guam - Manila, Philippines: 1. March 16 - 31, 2010 2. December 11 - 31, 2010 3. March 16 - 31, 2011 ii. Manila - Guam 1. January 1 - 15, 2010 2. January 1 - 15, 2011 4. Once a valid redemption has been processed, it cannot be cancelled, revoked or changed to another item.
- How long will the promo last?
Promo runs from January 2010 to December 2010.
