When someone leaves you a voicemail on your cellular phone, you will see a voicemail icon on your screen. This indicates that you have a voicemail waiting. The voicemail icon may vary on the cellular unit. Please refer to your owner's manual for details.
- What is Voicemail Notification
Voicemail Notification tells the user that they have Voicemail witing. A small Voicemail icon will appear on the display screen of your cellular unit signifying you have Voicemail message waiting. This icon will vary depending on what model cellular phone you are using. Please consult your handset user manual.
- Can a Prepaid and Postpaid cellular phone have Voicemail?
Yes. Both Prepaid and Postpaid cellular phones are capable of receiving voicemail.
- How much is Voicemail for Postpaid?
Voicemail service is $3.95 per month. Voicemail Notification is an upgrade to your Voicemail Service.
- Do I get charge when checking my Voicemail on my Postpaid cellular account?
Yes. You get charged airtime for retrieving Voicemail messages on your postpaid cellular. Receiving a Voicemail on your Postpaid cellular phone is FREE!
- How much is Voicemail for Prepaid?
Receiving a Voicemail on your Prepaid cellular phone is FREE. Retrieving Voicemail from your cellular phone or a landline is $0.20 per minute.
- How do I use Voicemail for Prepaid?
When your cellular unit is activated with Voicemail Service, you can deactivate or activate. Voicemail through these * feature codes.
Press *70 + 999 + 670phone number to active (No Answer Transfer)
Press *72 + 999 + 670phone number to activate (Busy Transfer)
Press #70 to deactivate No Answer Transfer.
Press #72 to deactivate Busy Transfer.
- How do I access Voicemail from my cellphone?
Press *86 to access Voicemail through your cellphone.
- Can I access my Voicemail through a landline?
Yes. Dial 287.MAIL (6245) then follow the prompts.
