- Where does PTI's Online Directory get its information?
We obtain our directory data directly from our main system's database. Residential and commercial listing information are publicly available for published telephone listings only. Non-published directory assistance records are not provided and are not displayed. PTI does not include any additional information (e.g. age, social security number, etc) in our listings.
- How fresh is your data and how often is it updated?
We update our information once a month after each billing cycle. If you have recently changed your directory assistance listing information, the corrected information will appear on our website at the time of our next scheduled monthly billing cycle.
- I have an unlisted number. Why does it show up?
Unlisted numbers are not provided and are not displayed. If you have arranged for your number to be unlisted, you will want to contact our Customer Service Center at 234.7143. It is possible that your listing has been published by mistake.
- Can I get a hard-copy or CD of the database directory?
All of our directory data is available exclusively on-line. As such, we do not distribute or sell hard-copy or CD-ROM versions of our directory. To obtain a copy of your local phone directory, please visit our Customer Service Center.
- Can you help me find this listing?
To improve your search success, you should broaden your searches by entering fewer criteria. Here are a few tips:
To find a person, use the first few initials of a person's first name or last name, rather than the entire name.
To find a business name, select a category and use the first few initials of the business name, rather than the entire name.
For reverse look-up, enter both the area code and the seven-digit phone number and omit all dashes and space.
- How do I search for government listings?
Government listings can be found in the Government section category.
- How do I get more than 100 listings per search?
We return no more than 100 listings on our website for any single search. If you receive "too many results", try adding more specific search criteria to reduce the number of results returned.
