- What are my options for paying my bill?
You can pay your PTI bill in one of the following ways:
- Via pre-authorized payments from a credit card (auto-payment)
- At our Customer Service Center, Middle Road (Chalan Laulau)
- At your financial institution, with your PTI invoice
- By sending us a check with your billing stub by mail
- By credit card, via Online Billing
- I want to pay my bill by mail. What is the address for your billing department?

- Why is my first billing charges higher than I expected?
Your first PTI bill includes charges for the current month as well as for the coming month. The current month includes the prorated charges from the date of your new activation until the end of the billing cycle.
- How does Online Billing work?
Online Billing is a secure and practical way to manage your account. When you register for this free service, you will obtain all the details of your usage and be able to access your bill summary from the past three months and print them. Finally, you will be able to pay your bill by credit card easily, directly from the Online Billing site. You must register for this service by visiting our Customer Service Center at Chalan Laulau. You will need to provide the following information: your account number, IDs and contact phone numbers.
- How do I change my Online Billing password?
Please call Customer Service Center at 234.7143 so that we may overwrite it with a new one.
- I made a payment online with my credit card but the balance does not reflect the payment. What happened?
Payments made through Online Billing take one business day to process. Check back in one business day to verify that the payment went through successfully. Payments made on or before 5:00pm (CNMI/Guam time) will be posted the next business day.
- What is the fee for an NSF check?
A $25.00 administration fee will be charged to your account in the case of an NSF check, an unmet preauthorized payment from a bank account due to insufficient funds.
- What is the charge for an overdue account?
Any unpaid balance is subject to interest charges at a rate of 1% of the amount due per month, calculated and charged to the account on a monthly basis.
- I have selected the preauthorized payment method. When will my credit card be debited?
You account will be debited somewhere from the 2nd to the 8th of each month.
- Is it safe to give my credit card number when paying online?
Your credit card number will never appear on any of our screens. Only the last four digits are shown. Plus, PTI uses the highest level of security level currently available on the Internet (SSL 128-bit encryption).
