What is Online Billing?
Online Billing allows any customer with Internet access to view their monthly bill. Customers wishing to make payment online must have a major credit card.

How do I apply for Online Billing?
Bring a valid identification with photo to Customer Service Center and request the service. An initial password will be provided to you to access your account. You may change the password once you've accessed your account.

Yes.

My credit card was not accepted but I am certain it is a valid card. What could be the problem?
It may be one of several things:
- You entered your credit card number incorrectly.
- The name did not match your credit card billing name.
- The zip code did not match your credit card billing address zip code.
- Your credit card has expired.

I am not comfortable giving my credit card number online. What kind of security does the site have?
Unlike normal Internet communication, all information sent to and from PTI's Online Service is encrypted and sent through a secure communications channel. Messages and information cannot be redirected, read, or tampered with. PTI's online service takes advantage of the maximum level of security supported by your browser, including 128-bit SSL encryption.

Will I receive a confirmation email when payment has been made?
Yes. Once payment has been accepted and approved, a receipt will be sent to the customer's email address. It is very important that you enter your correct email address.

Why do I have to come in and sign up with my photo ID?
The person with the password will have access to your phone records. PTI wants to make sure that the right person has access to this sensitive information.

How do I access my account online?
Via a link which will be prominently displayed on our website or access directly by going to www.pticom.com. Click on the Billing Statement tab and enter your account/telephone number and password and follow the easy step by step process.

What if I have a disputed call record on my phone bill?
You can simply call our Customer Service Center at 234.7143 and they can review your bill with you over the phone.

The site does not ask which credit card I want to use. How will it know which card I am using?
The first four numbers of any credit card identify what type of card it is. Simply enter your card number in the requested area, and press submit when you have completed the form and our system will automatically identify the type of card you are using.

How do I cancel Online Billing?
You will need to come to our Customer Service Center in Chalan Laulau and request to be removed from the service. You will be required to show a photo ID.
